At Sleapy’s Foundation, we know that some of the hardest conversations happen when a family is facing the palliative care stage of a loved one’s journey. For children and young adults, finding the words to describe their grief can feel impossible.

That’s why we collaborate directly with Social Workers and Palliative Care Teams across our local hospitals. We don’t just provide financial aid, we assist in providing the tools for emotional support too.
